NO FEES TO REGISTER & NO FEES for taping performance video for Live City Music Contest Finals & NO FEES for fans, friends, contestants and public to watch the Live City Music Contest Finals airing on LiveCity.TV on May 1st, 2021. The Pre-Recorded performance at Live City Immersive Filming Studio and the Live City Music Contest Finals Show are produced by Peter Linseman and the Live City Team.

Broadcasting:

It is agreed that ALL content and ALL performances will be broadcast and recorded through LiveCity.TV. ALL contestants must sign a waiver agreeing to such a format and that ALL content recorded of ALL performances recorded and broadcast are owned by Live City but Live City has no other claims to the creators existing intellectual property, royalties or ownership. Anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

Once an individual enters the Live City Music Contest, they have become an ambassador of their musical instrument or group and LiveCity. Absolutely NO racist, profanity or disrespectful content will be accepted. Damage to the brand will not be tolerated. LiveCity has the right to disqualify ANY violators of our Brand Name Recognition and Respect at ANY time for ANY reason LiveCity deems applicable.
The repertoire for Live City Music Contest Finals should include one (1) original (or cover) composition which will not to exceed 5 minutes in length.
Each judge will evaluate the competitors on musicality, originality, performance and audience response.
and will assign a score. Each judge is a third party to Live City Music Contest without any conflict of interest. All judges sign Conflict of Interest & Confidentiality Agreement to insure fair results. Peter Linseman will no longer act as a judge due to conflict of interest and only help moderate the judges and judging process.

PRIZES

Over $20,000 in prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in each of two categories - Solo Artist and Group/Band, for a total

of 6 possible prizes. If there is still a tie, the President of LiveCity reserves the right to determine the winner. Prizes and awards are non-assignable / non-transferable.

All participants will be promoted and receive recognition during and at the conclusion of each round of the contest on LiveCity socials, website and APP. The above prizes and awards will be presented to competitors at the Awards Ceremony at the conclusion of the Final Round. Competitors must be present during the Awards Ceremony to receive their awards.

LiveCityTM, (referred to as LiveCity) is not responsible for and shall not be held liable for (a) lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (c) failed, incomplete, partial, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the LiveCity APP that may cause the contest to be disrupted; (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest; (f) any claims, suits, actions, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind in connection with the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prizes and awards. By entering this contest, each entrant, parent or legal guardian (if such entrant is a minor) agrees to accept these rules and be bound by the decisions of LiveCity, its judges and staff, which are final and binding in all matters. All rules and regulations are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and are subject to change without notice.
